Botanica is committed to providing the safest environment possible while treating during the COVID-19 Outbreak. To help us maintain the highest of standards, we ask that you:

  • Please arrive at least five minutes before your appointment start time. To avoid any crowding of our waiting room, you may wait outside or in your car. We will text you from our landline (720) 398-2050 to let you know that your provider is ready for you. You can also text us at that number to let us know you have arrived!
  • Kindly leave any unnecessary personal belonging as well as food/drink in your car. When you enter, we will offer you hand sanitizer and ask to take your temperature.  We will also ask you about any COVID-19 related symptoms you may be experiencing that day (see below). We will ask you to sign a COVID-19 Waiver of Liability one time. We will also ask you to wash your hands before your treatment begins.
    It is required that all providers and clients wear a face mask or face covering at all times. This link is helpful regarding how to wear a mask.
  • Kindly maintain the 6-foot social distancing guidelines when you are in the common areas of the Botanica building.

To be treated at Botanica Wellness Sanctuary, you must be free of any COVID-19 related symptoms (including early or mild symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath,). If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and/or have developed symptoms of COVID-19, you should be in isolation until you have had no fever for at least 72 hours. You also need to have three full days of no fever without the use of medicine that reduces fevers, the other symptoms have improved (such as cough or shortness of breath,) and at least five days have passed since symptoms first appeared. If you have any of these other common symptoms: fever, tiredness, dry cough, loss of smell, aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, and/or diarrhea we ask that you cancel and reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment start time.
